 Prior to founding E.D.M.A., Ethan Miller served as a top talent manager at IMG Models/ Endeavor in New York City, leading global teams in representing high-profile clients in fashion, music, and sports. 

In 2018, Miller founded The Fabric, a networking community aimed at connecting and supporting Black creatives in fashion. This grassroots organization facilitates events where Black professionals can collaborate, fostering a sense of community in an industry where they have been underrepresented.
